First time glamping here and must say I was impressed from initial phone call, instructions and meeting from the manager himself. Everything but food seemed to be included. There was a park for the kids to enjoy when we wasn’t doing family activities. There are horses nearby and great views over the local area. It’s a 10/10 from us!

What a lovely site! We visited here for 4 nights and we had a great time. The Bell tents were lovely and clean and had everything you could need for a great stay and the location was beautiful. Waking up up to the County side and the cows grazing was perfect. The host was lovely and even took all our luggage to our Bell tent. With the option for a fire pit at night time or a bbq our nights were spent looking at the stars! The compost toilets take a bit of getting used to but a great addition to a eco friendly lifestyle. The shower was lovely and warm and we had ample towels to keep us going, also there is a airer to pop outside and dry and towels or clothes you may have. The Bell Tent its self was very clean and had all the amenities you need, such as a camping stove, pots and pans, cool box ( which is refilled with new ice blocks every morning) glasses and hot water bottles to name a few. Also the dining table is great for meals if the weather isn't so nice outside. There is also a climbing frame with slides for the children which is a thoughtful added extra. At night time the tents and the fences are lit up with lights and fairy lights and its looks really pretty
and it also makes it a lot easier to navigate in the dark. It's situated about 10 minutes from beccles which has various supermarkets, takeaways and restaurants and shops. There's no WiFi but the signal was good so I had no issue using my phone for calls or to check distances to places we wanted to visit. Highly recommended!

First time glamping. It was fine and very similar to actual camping. There is a shed at the side of the tent with a compost toilet and a shower which is heated from a gas bottle. The compost toilet I didn't really like. It smelt pretty bad after night 3. We did what they said with regards to covering the doings with sawdust.
If you're into going off-grid and getting back to nature it's a lovely location.
The host met us at the car and carried all our luggage to the tent on arrival. It's not a substitute for a hotel. It's still camping. If you're not into camping you won't like glamping either.

Great location in a beautiful river valley. Big spacious tents with private toilet and shower facilities alongside. Gavin is a great host and has thought of everything so it is a very comfortable stay. One tent is dog friendly, which is the one we used and our dog was made very welcome. Very quiet location and good access to the coast. We'll certainly visit again.

Excellent staycation both tents and huts are amazing. Perfect getaway with a short drive from many attractions. The BBQ Packs are delicious as well.
